LaDuora Duo Hair Care Device Review

May 4, 2022 by Rebecca Forstadt-Olkowski Leave a Comment

Would you like to unlock the secret to having stronger and healthier hair? As women get older their hair becomes dull, lifeless, and dry. At least mine does. I had the opportunity to try out the LaDuora Duo Premium Scalp and Hair Care Device and made a video to show you how it works below.

It’s a compact and portable device combining the latest hair care treatments – LED red light therapy, microcurrent stimulation, warming scalp massage, and smart elixir pod delivery all in one to promote smoother, healthier, and fuller-looking hair.

The DUO pod is packed with proven ingredients and delivers potent and active ingredients deep into the scalp to target your individual hair care needs. The liquid is made in the U.S., 100% silicone-free, sulfate-free, vegan, and cruelty-free.

How does the LaDuora Duo Hair Care Device work?

First off, it’s important to read the instructions. You will need to charge the device first, which is easy to do because it comes with a charging cable. Then, insert a Duo Pod into the device. Remember to take off the plastic caps so the liquid can be delivered to your hair. I forgot to do that at first and it didn’t work. LOL!

Before using the device, it is recommended that you shampoo your hair. The treatment can be done with dry or damp hair.

Press the power button for 3 seconds until the LaDuora hair care device begins to vibrate. It will also give off targeted heat to increase the blood flow to your scalp, hair follicles, and shaft. Place the device on your scalp so that all the teeth are touching it and move it from the front of your scalp to the back.

Afterward, reverse the direction and take it from side to side. If you have long hair, move the device to the ends so your whole head gets the benefits.

Once the Duo Pod is depleted simply press the button on the back of your hair care device to pop it out and replace it with a new one.

Beware of certain restrictions

Because of the way the LaDuora hair care device works, it is not recommended if you have medical conditions such as epilepsy, seizures, or recent hair surgery. You should also avoid using it if you have certain heart conditions.

My impression

I found the device easy to use and I enjoyed the massager on my head. I wasn’t sure I would at first.  After I was done using it, my hair felt much softer. Because I dye my hair, it takes a lot of abuse, and can always use extra help. I have reviewed other red light therapy beauty devices before. You have to have the time and patience to get results but they do make a difference.

To order a LaDuora Duo Hair Care Device, please visit their website, here. It comes in either red (as shown in the photo above) or in black.
