I’ve been dog-sitting for my daughter who went to Europe for two weeks across town from where I live and I’m really getting a workout. I believe dog-aerobics is one of the best types of exercise for people who are over 60 because dogs keep you active. We are officially in Spring and after some insanely cold weather for us wimps in Los Angeles, it is finally sunny and pleasant. The rain we got was heavy and cold.
