Spring has sprung and it’s a time for renewal. While many are cleaning out their homes, others are cleaning our brains. We have all been through a lot in the last few months. Sometimes, we need a good SCREAM to release tension.
I was given a very funny SCREAM pillow to try. It’s called The Shoutlet. It has noise suppression so whenever you feel the urge, you can SCREAM as loud as you want, and no one will hear you.
But writing is also a great release and that’s what our Best of Baby Boomer bloggers love to do. This week, as we enter Spring, we are writing about what’s on our minds. And most of it is fun.

Carol Cassara
Turns out we’re all a bit intuitive, Carol Cassara discovered. But when she was a kid, she really could read adults’ minds, a situation that made her very nervous, she writes on her blog. Read more about her childhood powers right here.
Meryl Baer
Going out to eat for any meal is one of Meryl Baer’s favorite activities. This week’s post, on her blog Musings of a Shore Life, tells the story of a restaurant where she almost dined, but didn’t.
Laurie Stone
Lots of debate can be heard these days over what females should do with their lives. Are we to have more traditional roles? Or can we do whatever the heck we want? Whatever you believe a woman’s place to be, Laurie thinks we can safely set aside these 5 worn gender tropes…
Rita R. Robison
Watch out for more sophisticated imposter scams, advises Rita R. Robison, consumer and personal finance journalist. Many AI voice cloning programs enable scammers to create an artificial copy of a person’s voice using only a short audio clip of the person speaking. That means you could get a phone call with your child or grandchild’s voice telling you that they’re in trouble and you need to send money immediately. Don’t fall for it.

Spring. It has a nice ring to it! If only!
Yeah, let’s see what happens. It’s scary out there.
Nice assortment, Rebecca. Maybe I’ll try that scream pillow.
I thought it was pretty funny!
