Protect yourself against infectious disease
As we learned from the COVID pandemic, infectious diseases can be life-threatening for seniors. Make sure you take precautions to protect yourself and others who are vulnerable as well.
Stay on top of your vaccinations and recommendations from your doctor. That includes updated COVID-19 vaccines, annual flu shots, Shingles, RSV, and pneumonia shots.
