If you have never heard of Quince, an online clothing store, you may be missing out on something special. It has become one of my favorite clothing stores online. There are no physical stores.
What I love about it is that you can purchase quality items in natural fabrics like linen, silk, and wool, at an affordable price. With almost every store out there selling clothes made of polyester, it is nice to know you can wear breathable and lovely basics without breaking the bank.
I have been collecting Quince pieces for some time now, which I show you in the video below. It is my Quince clothing haul. The difference from many of the other videos I have watched is that I am a 5’2”, slightly overweight woman in her 70s who does not have a skinny Minnie perfect figure.
My stomach has an overhang, and my arms have flaps. I’m sure many of you are in that boat. Not everything is appropriate for my body type, which is APPLE.
Someday, I hope to have my perfect figure back, but that’s probably a pipedream. In the meantime, I am doing the best I can to dress with style AND comfort.

Shirts
100% European Linen Long Sleeve Shirt – I often wear my shirts over a tank top to cover up my arms. They are light and airy and come in different colors and patterns.
100% European Linen Short Sleeve Popover Top – This top is boxy to cover up bulk and keep you cool.
100 % European Linen Short Sleeve Shirt – This is a button-down that you can wear either buttoned up or over a tank top. It is also light and airy.
Dresses
100% European Linen Button Front Dress – This has all the hallmarks of a great dress for apple shapes or any shape for that matter. Vertical stripes, dark buttons that also form a vertical line, midi length, short sleeves that cover arm flaps, and a tie belt. You can replace the belt with your own belt. It comes in regular and plus size.
Vintage Wash Tencel Button Front Midi Dress – I love how comfortable this dress is. The material is soft but sturdy. It has a lovely waistline with a little elastic in the back for give. I also like that it is not tiered, which can add a non-flattering horizontal line. As it is sleeveless except for a slight ruffle, I usually wear it with an over blouse.
Pants
100% European Linen High Waisted Shorts – These are short shorts, but they are so cool and comfortable. They have an elastic waist.
100% European Linen Pleated Trousers – If you want to stay cool in the summer but also cover your legs, these trousers are light and sophisticated. You can wear a belt with them, but there is a little elastic in the back for give.
100% European Linen Pants – Perfect to wear at a resort or in a warm climate. Casual and comfortable. If you are tall, they have a cropped length, but for a petite they are more like long pants. As with most Quince items, they come in various colors and patterns.
Skirt
100% European Linen Maxi Skirt – The waist on this skirt is elasticized, and the skirt has a slit at the bottom for interest. Great with a tank top and overblouse.
Sweater
Mongolian Cashmere V-Neck Sweater – A classic style that is soft and comfortable.
Purse
Italian Leather Quilted Crossbody Bag – This bag has an adjustable strap, zips closed, and can be worn in the evening or on casual occasions.
