Put the oats into a food processor and blend until it is powder-like. 15 seconds usually does the trick.
Add the nuts and grind them with the oats.
Place the ground oats and nuts into a bowl.
Add the cocoa powder, sesame seeds, vanilla extract, and honey into the bowl and mix.
Blend in the mashed banana.
Add water and mix until blended. Make sure not to add too much.
Form the batter into 1-2" balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
When done, cool on a cooling rack.
