Why Buy California Design Den Sheets?

December 11, 2018 by Rebecca Forstadt-Olkowski Leave a Comment

Even though I don’t often write about home goods, I was happy that California Design Den asked if I would try out a set of their sheets.

The company sells high-quality 400 – 1000 thread count 100% organic all-cotton sheets and bedding in lovely ultra-soft colors and prints.  I chose their Sunrise Lavender pattern because I love purple, especially in my bedroom.

The dogs were added for cuteness

In between the sheets

The first thing I noticed after I unpacked my sheets and washed them (always a good thing to do first) is that they fit my bed perfectly. At the time I ordered a Twin XL because I was living in a small apartment. Since then I sleep in a Full-size bed and bought California Design Den sheets once again because I liked them so much. The sheets are very soft and always feel fresh.

One particular thing I liked is that each fitted sheet is marked with a tag so you know what end to put at the foot and head of the bed. I don’t know how many times I messed that up before.

California Design Den prides itself in “meticulously crafted, artfully designed sheets for every taste and décor. I love that they are committed to ethical and sustainable processes with ethically sourced materials, which means they aren’t made by trafficked slaves or horribly underpaid labor.

All of their sheets are hypoallergenic and certified free from harmful chemicals. That’s important because some manufacturers use chemicals that have a horrible smell when you first open them and are toxic.  I’m happy to say I recommend this company and hope you’ll check them out if you’re looking for sheets, bedding, and duvet covers.
