As the weather gets warmer there is nothing like a frosty glass of iced tea to cool you off. But with all the health concerns we have today and as we get older, why not add an immunity boost to your tea as well? I was given some For the Biome iced tea to see if I would like it and wrote a short review below.

On the package for its Immune Therapy Cistus Infusion tea, it states that the tea is clinically proven to support a wiser immune system. It will strengthen immune response within 2 hours, bathing the mouth and gut microbiome with protective actives.
I’m not a doctor or a scientist, so I can’t tell you how accurate that is, but you can read their science page here. However, I was impressed with the ingredients. The immune support tea contains organic cistus, rosehips, sumac, black current, wildcrafted Chaga (from mushrooms), and ginger. I enjoyed the taste, which is important, so why not give it a try and see if you like it for yourself?
They also make a stress therapy formula. We all need less stress, right? It contains organic German chamomile, passionflower, calendula, hibiscus, elderflower, rose, and saffron. I like that combination and I am a big fan of hibiscus as it helps regulate blood pressure according to one of my doctors. You really can’t go wrong.
For the Biome also sent me samples of their Gut-Lung Therapy which comes in capsule form. It supports respiratory health and helps balance your mood.

To be completely honest I do not promote supplements because I don’t believe it’s my place to recommend products that require individual advice from doctors. But iced tea is a refreshment so why not drink something that is refreshing and can give you wellness benefits as well? All the ingredients are certified USDA organic, safe, and blend beautifully.
The brand was the winner of the Nexty Award for product of the year, which recognizes the most progressive, innovative, inspiring, and trustworthy products in the natural products industry.
